Hieronim Grala: Strokes to the Portrait of the Scholar

Abstract. The note is dedicated to the anniversary of the outstanding Polish historian and diplomat Hieronim Grala. The author gratefully recalls the time when his cooperation with the hero of the anniversary began and analyzes how it was strengthened and developed. He also demonstrates with a specific reference, what fruitful results the true cooperation between historians of different countries can bring.
