When the «Russian World» Is Talked About in Non-Russian Language: 47th Annual Convention of the Association for Slavic, East European and Eurasian Studies (November 19–22, 2015)

Abstract. The article is devoted to the Annual 47th Congress of members of the Association for Slavic, East European and Eurasian studies (the Association for Slavic, East European, and Eurasian Studies, ASEEES, which took place in Philadelphia (USA) in November 2015 Presents an overview of the main areas of research ASEEES and the submitted reports, selected panels of the 47th Congress of the Association. Stresses the importance of such international conferences, the organization of discussion forums of the international level, the main topics are the study of the intellectual and cultural heritage of the Slavic peoples and countries of the former Soviet Union.
